Watford's Play Department have been using Goomies Travel as a transport provider for many years now. Unlike companies in the past, all of Goomies staff are very child friendly, and as a provider we can be assured that all the relevant check have been made with regard to all employees. This extends further than just the drivers themselves, Goomies Travel have always met all our transport needs even with sometimes very short notice to ensure our provisions can continue.

Goomies has also sponsored our local youth club football team, which allowed us to purchase a new kit as well as being able to attend competitions throughout Hertfordshire. This supported the young people greatly and enabled us to go on and play competitions throughout Europe. The reason I am emailing is to let you know that our Head of PE was ABSOLUTELY FULL OF PRAISE for your drivers. She said they were so nice, eager to do a good job and very accommodating.

She said it made such a difference. She said they are so much nicer than the other drivers from other coach companies.

I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent coach service we had on Friday. Everything worked like clockwork and Alf the driver was very pleasant and helpful. We do not have a regular need for a coach but if we need one again I will be in touch.

As another school year begins and before I start driving you completely mad once again, I felt that I had to take the opportunity to thank you for everything you have done for us in the last Academic Year.

All our journeys went out and came back on time; the drivers were helpful and courteous, even though a couple of the longer journeys were stressful.

The journeys to and from the residential locations ran like clockwork. Your drivers were extremely efficient with the children and their luggage and ensuring that we were informed of possible stops.

Most importantly for us was that the vehicles for each trip ran in tandem and that helped us manage the getting off and on of the vehicles at the locations.

I look forward to working with you again this year and thank you for your attention to detail and efficient service.

Although our coach was a little late in leaving Whipsnade (due to endeavouring to locate two children) at no time did the driver make us feel a nuisance because he had another booking to return for.
